Playtest
Playtest
Playtest Zone (Organised by Playtest UK)
Stand 2-108
The Playtest Zone is an area specifically designed to allow publishers, other game designers and members of the public to test new games that are still in the design phase of their production.
This allows everyone to get involved in making games better and allows designers the opportunity to change game designs and help improve the final product.
This is your chance to play tomorrow's games today.

Playtest Zone (Organised by Playtest UK)
Playtesters:
- No sign-up necessary
- Just take a seat to play new games
- Give your feedback.
- Prototypes will belong to various genres with differing ranges of difficulty. There should be something for everyone to try.
- Playtest feedback forms will be provided on the day on request.
All playtesters who play a prototype will be entered into a draw for games prizes.
The Playtest Zone is part of UKGE's Publisher-Designer Track
Designers:
- If you have a board game or card game prototype that you want to playtest at UK Games Expo visit our Book a Playtest Slot page to find reserve a slot.
Playtest UK is a friendly group of board/card game designers and play-testers that meet regularly in the following locations: London, Cambridge, Newcastle, Brighton, Cardiff, Leeds, Enfield, Bath, Norwich, Edinburgh and Reading, Birmingham, Sheffield, Oxford, Bristol, Dundee, Cornwall, Southampton and SE London. (It’s free to join and attend.)
The gamers get the opportunity to play new games before they are published, provide their opinions and maybe get a playtesting credit.
The designers gain valuable feedback, enabling them to develop their games further.
