- Check your order and payments in the Exhibitor Portal
- Check your stand size and details in the Exhibitor Portal.
- Check your stand location on the Exhibitor Map.
- We are now open for Awards entries. The deadline is 27th February 2026.
- Have you sent in your advert artwork? Artwork To be received by 27th March 2026.
- Have you ordered furniture and power? You need to order furniture and power by 21st April 2026.
- Have you submitted any New Games to us? New Games submissions by 22nd May 2026
- If you are a games publisher with something new to show, have you applied for a Show Preview Table by 22nd May 2026?
- Have you added a stand description that we can use on the interactive map?
- Have you added Exhibitor Events, demos and giveaways to your stand descriptions?
